Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 資訊科技應用研究所 === 100 === In recent years, because the remarkable advanced construction of high-speed railway has shorten the distance between Southern and Northern parts of Taiwan, the real estate markets of Southern and Northern parts of Taiwan has actively and increasingly developed by a variety of different investors. Coupled with the users utilizing Android mobile phone system with about 48.5 percent of the mobile phone market, Android mobile phone has become one of the mainstreams in the mobile phone market. The objective of the thesis is to design Android-based real estate mobile application based on the cloud computing technology. Generally, whenever university students or office workers try to look for the accommodation, they would firstly search the realtors’ websites via the Internet. However, mostly they only can see the apartment appearance without introducing the surrounding diet, the latest information of the stay, and daily buy environment. They would need to spend a lot of time and money to drive the car to do the local exploration in order to find the better suitable accommodation. In order to improve the weaknesses existing in the current real estate markets, this thesis applies the concept of cloud server to develop and implement the real estate leasing business as one of Android mobile phone applications. Users can set the required conditions via the interface menu to search the mapped conditions in the query of Android-based smart phone. After completing the search, the cloud server will return the required information online. According to the practical tests, the proposed technology combines the high portability of the smart phone and fitted leasing information of the real estate business with the advantages of utilizing the time efficiently to find the eligible housing, searching more objects online, and reducing searching complexity as well as the loading of the cloud server.
