Also for the methodology of the study, we conduct a depth interview of the principal, an observational survey of members and document analysis to support the results of the study. The interaction and the meaning interpretation of the investigators between the case study which represent the experiences of this case study. This study explores that the case states fore passed and on-going experiences of life narrative analysis. The leadership of the principal, teamwork, teaching innovation of teachers and the presentation of task theme are the key points of success. To learn how the principal leadership and the model team development of information technology apply to the innovation of teaching is the main purpose of this study. Furthermore, principals should learn on their ability, new concept and new tasks of membership that they can be leaders in the school. The principals set examples through their own behavior and they can respect the instructive leadership and promote expertise on the teamwork. Also principals know their subordinates well enough to assign them tasks according to their abilities; they can strengthen learning organization and be in solidarity with believes on administrative and instructive teams. Principals integrate the resources of science and technology to incent teaching quality and administrative efficiency. The students are the priority of school.
