The appearance of the shareholders and the management principles of the new method have created pressure to change the orientation of cultural values properly for its long-term development. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study and collect data of the current status of the corporate culture in Mobifone in order to understand the situation. Thereby, the author will be capable of recommending appropriate solutions for the solid development of Mobifone ’s corporate culture. Method: This research is qualitative in nature and is based upon the case study and the secondary information gathered during the research. The author has also taken into account some primary information through conducting semi-structured interviews and secondary information from surveys, journals, etc. All the information collected during the course of our research has been analyzed in such a manner that has eventually led us to a formidable conclusion. Conclusion: After the analysis of results, both from the interviews, surveys and the secondary information, the author came to the conclusion that the corporate culture at the Mobifone possess some good cultures but it’s still in development. A series of solutions are recommended in order to improve the situation of the corporate culture at Mobifone.
