In order to survive they must provide products which satisfy customers' need with lowest cost.The main ideas in TS 16949 are customer-oriented, process and KPI management. With these three binding together, construct the frame of TS 16949. Through monitoring and analysis KPI to understand the operating state of process in the system to improve product quality.The basic frame of TS16949 and ISO quality management system is about the same. The differnece is that TS16949 has five tools. With the five tools in TS 16949 to achieve quality goal in supply chain. So when TS16949 was implement into supply chain, both sides could have an agreement in quality requirement. The purpose of this paper is to study the effects when TS 16949 is implement into supply chain. The result of this study showed that implement TS 16949 could improve the quality of supply chain. Also enhanced the competitiveness of the organization. Besides that, supply chain works hard to accomplish better and better quality targets. As fulfilling the demands from customers as loftiest ideal.
