Description
Summary:碩士 === 嶺東科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 100 === This study is based on the theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The purpose of the study is to explore the factors affecting the students’ behavior intention and overall satisfaction in using the e-learning platform, and utilizing the Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLPM) to estimate the related latent variable score. For the study, a random stratified sampling of Ling Tung University students are selected, 300 questionnaires are issued, and the questionnaire recovery rate is 85%. Composite reliability (CR) is above 0.89 and average variance extracted (AVE) is greater than 0.59, which is showing convergent and discriminant validity. According to the empirical results, no statement can be made regarding the influence of Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) on behavior intention. Correlations between the rest of the constructs are formed. The TAM has a predictive relevance (R2= 0.631) in analyzing the overall student satisfaction of the e-learning platform. Different categories of students are showing different understanding of the correlation between Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Behavior Intention, which serves as na important reference for enhancing the effectiveness of the e-learning platform.
