It was the main strategy on the beginning of Taiwan's economic. The product value was reached NTW 5,600 billion on Taiwan food industry in 2010. It was the highest income on latest 8 years in Taiwan food industry. Under ECFA agreement between Taiwan and China, trading business was widely opened to traders, so the traditional business was rapidly growth in Taiwan. The chain store of baking cakes in Taiwan was facing the price fluctuation on raw material, decrease of birth rate, immigrate and no-married person. Those factors were affected the future development on baking cakes industry in Taiwan. The chain store of baking cakes was facing the same problem. The consumer style in Taiwan trends to multi-styles, refine and diversify. The aim of future strategy on chain store of baking cakes is to satisfy the consumer on all aspect requests and to enhance the additional service. The present model combination store was the best business model; it full occupied the space of the stores and the man-power could earn the most profit. The model can assist the store to adjust the sales volume even on peak season and non-peak season, to attract the difference level of consumers and to collect the life habit of consumer for analysis. The chain stores can consider their own conditions to develop the business based on the collected data. Therefore, this study is combined of balance scorecard and the theory of Ansoff Matrix, to study the future development and the strategy on chain store of baking cakes. To analyze the difference and uniqueness on the growth strategy through theory of resource and the theory of value chain, to explore the provide resource to construct combination store and to create the core business and provide new value with consumer.
