Description
Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 生產事業管理研究所 === 100 === As the enhancement of the living standard and raise of personal health awareness, there are more and more educators choose to be engaged in various leisure sports in their spare time. Fine physical fitness is the basis for implementing every task. A person with good physical fitness, not only can increase his motivation of learning, but also can reduce the occurrence of injuries and accidents caused by sport activities. This research will explore how the uncontrollable factors such as health factors, working ability, sport atmosphere at school, supervision from superior and requirements influence the selection of leisure sports that participated by military education officers in senior or vocational high schools in Tainan City. Refer to Theory of Planned Behavior which proposed by Ajzan (1985), We will analyze “attitude”, “subjective norm” and “perceived behavioral control” and provides research results to liaison offices and schools as the reference for implementation of physical fitness related sports. This can induce military education officers to advise students to participate positive leisure sports while taking part in student counseling. Furthermore, it can reduce the incidence of deviation behavior and benefits the school sustainable management and development. This research was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product-moment relation, linear regression, t-test and one-way ANOVA Analysis. The research results found that: 1. The attitude, subjective norm, behavioral control perception, constitution of beliefs and behavioral intentions of military education officers’ participation in leisure sports are significantly positively correlated. 2. In the subjective norm of participation in leisure sports, 87.5% participants and its important reference object support and consider they should take effect to participate in leisure sports. And 89% participants consider its possible and easy participate in leisure sports. 3. Military education officers with different age and different levels of education are unlikely to have the same beliefs between behavioral and norms while implementing participation in leisure sports. In comparison, the education level are master or above have more increasingly positive intention to participate in leisure sports than those people are educated in undergraduate degree level.
