The fear of the unknown and the temptation for better decisions make people to forecast in ancient date, regardless of race and ndustry. Based on the viewpoint of cognitive psychology, whether the result of cognition may be right or wrong, predicting the future of this process may affect human psychological stability. Divination is the survey and prediction for the future status. Thus major purposes of this study are as follows. The first is to collect basic information for divination. The second is to define the framework of requirements, environments, behaviors, and satisfactions of divinations based on Structural Equation Model. The third is to cluster the divinations’ satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors via Support Vector Machine. The results can be illustrated as follows. Divination requirements and behavior is a positive correlation. Users’ growth envi ronment s and behavior of divinat ion i s a negat ive correlation. Divination requirements and Users’ growth environments is not relevant. Based on the t test results, the gender differences is not significant. This result is different from traditional command that female is prefer than male in divination. The result of analysis of variance of education, the difference of satisfactions and behaviors is not significant. This result is also different from traditional command that low educations are preferred than low educations in divination. Based on the data analysis of Support Vector Machine, the accuracy of clustering the divinations’ satisfaction is about 82%.
