ABSTRACT
A procedure is to explore the relationship between teachers’ innovative teaching capability and teaching effectiveness for elementary schools. The researcher attempted to discuss whether the teachers’ innovative teaching capability and teaching effectiveness were affected by different variables. In the end, this research provided concrete advices.
The method adopted in this research was conducted through questionnaire.The objects of this survey are the elementary school teachers in Pingtung County.The researcher analyzed the survey data by various statistical methods.Based on analysed data, these conclusions are summarized below:
1. The current condition of elementary school teachers’ innovative teaching capability in Pingtung County was good.
2. The current condition of elementary school teachers’ teaching effectiveness in Pingtung County was good.
3. There were significant differences in gender , education level and positions , but there were no significant differences in seniority and school region of the innovative teaching capability in Pingtung County.
4. There were significant differences in gender and positions , but there were no significant differences in education level , seniority and school region of the teaching effectiveness in Pingtung County.
5. There was positive correlation significantly between teachers’ innovative teaching capability and teaching effectiveness for elementary schools in Pingtung County.
6. The teachers’ innovative teaching capability had prediction in predicting teaching effectiveness for elementary schools in Pingtung County.
