The participants were from three different majors into two colleges in Tainan. Two hundred and fifty-seven students who participated in this study were from the Department of Food and Beverage (DFB), the Department of Information Communication (DIC), and the Department of Leisure Management (DLM). This study involved quantitative and qualitative approaches, using two kinds of questionnaire: the questionnaire of ESP and the questionnaire of Learning Attitudes in ESP curriculum; and follow-up one on one interview. The data from the questionnaire was analyzed using descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA analysis. Ten students also interviewed to understand their needs and suggestions of ESP curriculum. The major findings were as follow: The results showed that there are significant different perceptions between college students. The Department of Food and Beverage students supposed English for specific purpose curriculum was benefit the most than Information Communication and Leisure Management. There are significant different between learning attitudes and college students. The Department of Food and Beverage students showed more positive learning attitudes than Information Communication and Leisure Management.
