Green area and public space was in serious insufficiency. The existence of urban parks can not only increase green area and solve the insufficiency of open space in cities but also improve the quality of city environment and create premium-quality living environment. The functions and benefits that urban parks offered were formed after they were built. Thus, it was an important lesson how to maintain the quality of recreation for the whole city residents and sustainable development for urban parks. Therefore, this research adopted Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(Fuzzy AHP) to Evaluate the key factors that affected the maintenance and management of urban parks. The subject of this research was Douliu Park in Douliu city in Yunlin County. According to the findings of this analysis, the four key factors that affected the maintenance and management of urban parks were funds, maintenance, safety and manpower in order. According to further level series analysis, the results showed the six most important factors that affected the maintenance and management of urban parks were as the following, bringing service funds into annual budget, the promotion of public cultivation, subsidies of special funds from the government, the addition of monitor equipment, well-found maintenance systems, effective management mechanisms.
