Description
Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 100 === The primary purpose of this article is to examine the interactive effects among the important factors affecting supply chain performance and its influence on supply chain performance toward sustainable channel relationship and competitive advantage. On the basis of a conceptual framework, this paper develops an analytical model to explore the correlations among resource orientation, Incentive mechanism, channel innovation, relationship commitment, under the implementation of supply chain performance. The proposed model is empirically tested using AMOS and questionnaire survey data sampled from the consumer electronics, electronics-related, software and Internet-related, electrical machinery, and semiconductor manufacturer–distributors channels of the High-tech industry in Taiwan. The results reveal that resource orientation and Incentive mechanism through channel innovation and relationship commitment as the key mediator determines the supply chain performance; furthermore, the results also reveal that both channel innovation and relationship commitment possess non-causal dual mediators effect, thus leading to superior supply chain performance toward the ultimate goal of sustainable channel relationship and competitive advantage.
