The population has become dependent on the Internet provided by the category information, and makes print media network of a notable trend, "electronic filing" which means flat media network is one of the best. Taiwan vigorous development of the scientific and technical diffusion and information are no longer just texts or images, and the audio and video have become today''s news trends. On November 12, 2009, in networking and mobile launch video of the Apple Daily News, it rendered 3D animation in order to present events for the first time, but news increasingly focuses on the assistance of computer image, so that audiences can quickly read about news contents and ideas whether you want to text through the image, information, and stories absorbed more quickly. Past research focuses on electronic readers’ motivation and a comparative basis compared with the printed newspaper rarely explored news also found that more and more users are constantly publishing news platforms on the network, which can be clicked to display dynamic news to read rate increase. For the understanding of electronic and information, users use motivation and the relationship between behavior and use, plunging from the uses and gratification theory approach in this study. Networking questionnaire method collects data by appropriate statistical methods of analysis. This research identifies that current Apple Daily newsletter has more male news users, aged 20~29, and monthly income $20001~30000, most college students. Rgarding using on the motivation and satisfaction, the study summarized "entertainment", "access to information", "environmental monitoring" and "curious irony", four factors of motivation and satisfaction. Difference of gender, and age of electronic reported and the dynamic news using motivation make significantly differences on acts level. The proportion of "reading one or two days weekly, or only reading once every two week" is high. Regarding each using time, "reading for 30 minutes once" is the highest. “Obtained information" of dynamic news are best in motivation to forecast using frequency and the using time. The electronic report is best in the motivation of "Leisure, Entertainment, and Music" and the "curious mocking". In the aspect of meeting the level, information used to meet a forecast is the same motives met by most electronic filing. Expect Apple Daily to master reading audience provided for electronic filing and dynamic news rendering type using motivation, behavior and understanding meet, for the reference of future policy development.
