This study uses questionnaires as a medium for data collection. The questionnaires are distributed to 19 hotels with 30 copies for each hotel at a total of 570 copies distributed. The final 402 valid samples are collected from thirteen 5-star hotels, two 4-star hotels, and four 3-star hotels. The responsed rate is 70.5%. This study uses descriptive analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis for data analysis and hypothesis tests. The results indicate that motivating factors significantly influence work values and organizational commitment. Work values also have a significant impact on organizational commitment. The management must understand the theme of relevant motivating factors for the needs and expectation of the employees that would stimulate their work values and finally enhance organizational commitment. According to the findings, suggestion and conclusion are provided for the hotel industry. 作者未提供 陳柏蒼 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 79 zh-TW
