Whether the success of using interactive whiteboard into teaching is decided by teachers’ attitudes and willingness. The purpose of this study explores upon the foundation of technology acceptance mode explore to learn if different teachers in Changhua County who do not share the same background, for example, school size, gender, age, educational background, service years, capital, served as duties, whether to participate in learning and teachers' learning style maintain different willingness. This study is conducted by survey research, issued a total of 340 questionnaires, a total recovery of valid questionnaires of 301, the overall recovery rate of 88.5%. This study uses statistical analysis to survey data with descriptive statistics and single factor analysis of variance, independent samples t-test, stepwise regression and other statistical methods. In this study, we may have the following conclusions. 1. The attitudes and willingness of elementary school teachers’ using whiteboard acceptance is influenced by the external variables and internal variables. 2. Elementary school teachers’ concepts of "perceived ease of use" and "cognitive usefulness of" using it held significant discrepancies due to their different “participation in learning activities experiences,” “different years of service", “various positions” and “different learning styles.” 3. The acceptance of using interactive whiteboard of elementary school teachers’ can be predicted through their concepts of “perceived usefulness" and “perceived ease of use, " "attitudes" of using it.
