The payment services and technology are the best, are provided by Vietcombank. Vietcombank is the first bank to supply ATM service as well as control more 55% Card market share in Vietnam. However, the application of modern technology to be suitable for international standards, making risks more and more. Vietcombank has conducted plenty of solutions in managerial operations to manage losses. As an independent organization, VCB Ca Mau branch have to conduct many solutions in order to controll risks in which derives from practical activities. Prediction and identifying risk in card payment activities will help VCB Ca Mau to manage effectively operations and reduce risks in related payment activities.
The project’s aims are to:
• Seek out some solutions for losses in card payment in Vietcombank Ca Mau, specifically speaking.
• Identify and predict some kinds of the risks of payment activities in Ca Mau.
• Utilize the risks as well as opportunities for management.
There are many financial experts who have extensive experiences in theory and facts about Ca Mau financial market will be tested with in-depth questions and this is conducted to users as cardholder, point of sale.
