Materials and Methods This study uses a design of cross-sectional study (since August 1, 2011 to October 31, 2011) to validate the proposed nineteen assumptions with eight dimensions’ structured questionnaire (a total of 70 sub-items). Result A total of 1,399 questionnaires were released in this study, 1,287 effective ones (91.99%) returned. The outcome by ANOVA analysis shows that "Organizational Behavior", "Service Quality" and "Organization Net Benefit" would be affected by "Age", "Years of Service" and " using time of ENR", "Medical Information Quality" would be affected by "Age" and "Years of Service". In general, the path analysis in the four groups showed that nine assumptions hold : (1) Organizational Behavior will affect the System’s Quality (2) Organizational Behavior will affect the Medical Information Quality (3) Organizational Behavior will affect the Service Quality (4) Organization Behavior will affect the Safety Quality (5) Medical Information Quality will affect the Using of Users (6) Service Quality will affect the Using of Users (7) Safety Quality will affect Using of Users (8) The Using of Users will affect the Organization Net Benefits (9) User Satisfaction will affect Organizational Net Benefits. Validations of the remaining 10 assumptions of this research fail. Conclusion This study shows that the convenience of operation is determined by the system interface and familiarity; even the system is on line, smooth user opinions &; feed-backs channels should be kept to allow the system designer and maintainer instantly improve the system environment to enhance the first-line operator's satisfaction which will simplify nursing workflow, providing the decision-making and improve care quality and effectiveness of care, thereby further providing health care institutions or medical institutions the effectiveness of implementing related nursing information systems. 碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 健康照護研究所 === 100 === Purpose
Based on the stand point of "evidence-based management (EBM)", this research sets up two aims by the nurses use the "Electronic Nursing Record Systems;ENRs" (1) nurses' satisfaction on "ENRs" and relevance of demographic variables. (2) understanding nurses' view on the eight aspects : " Organizational Behavior ", " System Quality ", " Medical Information Quality ", " Service Quality ", " Safety Quality ", " Using by Users ", " User Satisfaction " and " Net Benefit to the Organization " of the " ENRs" .
Materials and Methods
This study uses a design of cross-sectional study (since August 1, 2011 to October 31, 2011) to validate the proposed nineteen assumptions with eight dimensions’ structured questionnaire (a total of 70 sub-items). The use of descriptive statistics, inferential statistics (reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA analysis (post-test) and path analysis proceed the research and verification of assumptions.
Result
A total of 1,399 questionnaires were released in this study, 1,287 effective ones (91.99%) returned.
Conclusion
This study shows that the convenience of operation is determined by the system interface and familiarity; even the system is on line, smooth user opinions &; feed-backs channels should be kept to allow the system designer and maintainer instantly improve the system environment to enhance the first-line operator's satisfaction which will simplify nursing workflow, providing the decision-making and improve care quality and effectiveness of care, thereby further providing health care institutions or medical institutions the effectiveness of implementing related nursing information systems.
