碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 健康與生技產業研究所 === 100 === According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Binh Phuoc province, Bu Dang district has a total area of 150,172 ha of land, including 03 main groups: group yellow red soil (136,040 ha), alluvial soil (677 ha) and slope convergence (4621 ha). The district has 03 major crops are rubber, cashew and coffee. It has 392 manufacturing facilities and 3,801 industrial establishments trading - service that are processing. The use and exploitation of resources appropriate to serve the interests of the people and contribute to socio-economic development of the district. The research topic is to find effective solutions to management to facilitate the exploitation and rational use of land resources in Bu Dang district from the aspects (i) avoiding use of land is not reasonable, no plan, (ii) to protect land from environmental degradation and pollution, (iii) recommend solutions to the rational use and sustainable, and (iv) improve the management capacity of local government officials.
