Summary: | 碩士 === 明志科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 100 === The mobile industry changes very fast in this decade.Providers must manufacturing fast and also with high quality for each handset.Any finished handset which need to test in the manufacturing process before shipping.In this process, we only got the test results“Pass”and“Fail”.If the project in mass production phase that we can not know whole the data’s distribution, therefore we can use six sigma method,like Process Capability Indices(Cpk),to analyze and improve for the process quality of mobile phone.
This research is applied six sigma DMAIC(Define、Measure、Analyze、Improve、Control)process to improve the antenna power test of mobile phone.By using six sigma that we successfully reach our quality target and promote the Cpk from 0.96 to 2.44.Its benefit is saving re-test time,any handset can save 3.5 seconds.The whole financial benefit can be saved cost about NT$:126,425.This method can be applied to related test.
