From past family business research found that a common problem in the family business is employees justice. If the problem of the justice can''t be solved effectively, it influences organizing trust and organizing commitment to further worsen, light to reduce work satisfaction, working performance, situation left office to have appear even more seriously. So research this carry on deep the intersection of discussion and relation between three to the intersection of justice, trust and affective commitment inside the family firm. This research goes on by way of case study, supplemented by scale surveying and measuring in-depth interviews, comprehensive mutual authentication through the qualitative and quantitative verification of organizational justice, trust and affective commitment to the relationship, and it influences the cause and effect of the parameter to make use of this research to understand. The study found that organizational justice has a positive impact on trust; organizational justice has a positive impact on affective commitment; trust has a positive impact on affective commitment; mediating effect of trust on organizational justice and affective commitment.
