For instance, traditional bookstores are transformed to online bookstores. There is a strong relevance between the revenue and it’s website design in E-Commerce market. By reviewing all the E-Commerce website nowadays, the author found out that most of website designer only think in one angle and seldom of them think in a systematic way to fit the customers’ needs. In this study, the author applied an integrated analytical method strategically for developing an electronic commercial website system (or called plat form). This study revise previous method into three procedures: (1) the integration of Information, Communication, Distribution, and Transaction (ICDT); (2) the analyze of trust marks; (3) Value Added E-Commerce System Design Scheme (VAESDS). First, this study applied ICDT model to compare the top-five online travel agency’s E-Commerce website systems. It helps to find out their goodness and weakness from four aspects. Second, the author collects all the securities from the five websites provided and analyzes the information. This study also conducts questionnaire survey to verify the finding. Third, this step uses VAESDS to design the value added E-Commerce system functions based on the finding by previous steps. According to VAESDS, it can meet customer expectation on online shopping process in different customers’ lifecycle. Based on VAESDS (Value Added E-Commerce System Design Scheme) model, it used a particular way to design website. This method comes from Porter’s Value Chain. The most important is it improved Porter’s Value Chain to develop an electronic commerce system. This VAESDS model considers three dimensions that are E-Commerce system should runs in customer lifecycle stage, supporting electronic activities, and interactions between consumers online and e-commerce website system. The point of this study is to design a proper website function to customers under different conditions. This method consists of marketing management, information management and electronic business management. This research proposed a value added model for online travel agency to build website’s system architecture.
