Modem people are not only to have wired network in the house but people own their mobile. People enroll the single rate of the 3G network proportion for use Internet unlimitedly. The 3G network is increased year by year. When people go home, the bandwidth utilization of the 3G network will be lower. If people use p2p software to download file at home, they made the wired network became slow to affect the others. The other people will not comfortable, because they can’t browse web page for the basic power. We can use the 3G network to combine wired network. We share the total bandwidth to balance. All of the persons will reduce feeling uncomfortably. According to the report [5] will avoid the 3G network crash to affect user. This study develops a bandwidth-allocating mechanism through allocating the utilization of the WAN and allocating the specific package to the specific WAN. Using OPENWRT embedded system and using bandwidth proportion of the wired network and using IPTABLES to mark package. According the routing table to allocating packages and making the users can’t feel congestive network. We avoid the 3G network crash to make the file download fail.
