The modernization of China started from the westernization of the 19th century until 1978 when Communism China proposed the first open basis national policy since its establishment. This decision greatly increased the living standard of China. Also, this has increased China’s international image, entering into a high economical development phase. The process and the result of China’s modernization must have magnificent influences on the world. With the promotion of China’s modernization and internationalization, the influences of the world on China and vice versa are growing. Therefore, strengthening the strategy research of Communism China’s modernization and choosing suitable international strategies are important strategy tasks to China. Human civilization enters a global era while the development of China has entered a phase of internationalization. The interactions and influences of China and the world are growing. The common effects on the nation and the international environment decide the success and failure of China’s modernization. Facing existing domestic problems of China’s economy and the change of international environment and world economy, whether China can achieve its goal of becoming a modern country, even surpassing the United State as the world’s first economic body, depends on whether China can overcome these difficulties at hand.
