As the technology advanced, in addition to temperature control, the air condition also needs to meet the standards of air quality. Nowadays, the goals of hospitals are to provide a personalized and eco-friendly environment for patients. The following are the medical indicators: medical equipment precision, medical process, electricity and water distribution, and air ventilation. The air conditioning is very important because it influences the patients' respiratory system in the hospital. For air-borne diseases, air conditioning is a more critical element. The rule with rooms for bone marrow transplantation defined as the level of under laminar flow, clean and grade 100 (NASA), but today there is few people study for it, and there are a lot of different solutions in hospitals. So we decided to make this as a direction of the study, and it finds a useful solution finally. This research takes the bone mellow transplantation operation room of one medical center in central Taiwan for example, we use HEPA area rate, Partition length and velocity of the inlet as influence factors to check the air quality.
