Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 水利及海洋工程學系碩博士班 === 100 === High flow data is one of the most important information for river flood control and water management. WRA still use Price meter to measure river velocity today, but it’s difficult and dangerous to measure velocity and discharge during typhoon and storm seasons. Therefore, ADCP is an alternate flow meters for high discharge measurement. This study use ADCP and ADV to measure velocity and discharge on five gauging stations in Zengwun river. The results show that the data are close to the data which measured by Price meter. In order to test the accuracy of high flow measurement, we also measure the high discharge during typhoon Nanmadl by ADCP. The study also compare the velocity and depth measured on five gauing stations with logarithmic-law and power-law formula, and fine the ratio of mean velocity to surface velocity for each gauing station.
