To explore the different co-own type by using patent Information of enterprise, government and universities, and to take advantage of the distance between the co-owners reflects the performance of innovation cooperation. The results showed that, in the northern Taiwan is the innovation and R & D center, followed is the southern, and the central Taiwan has a tendency to be ignored. The enterprise and foreign have more cooperation, but the cooperation between the government, the universities and foreign are less. The enterprises and government take multilateral cooperation, but the universities take a one-to-one mode. The geographical proximity of innovation cooperation, its best performance of the distance is 75 kilometer, and there are 88.4% of the cooperative relationships within.
