碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 100 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship effects of personality traits, psychological empowerment and social capital on knowledge sharing intention. The research target is realty brokerage industry, 240 copies of questionnaire is used in this investigation. SPSS software is used in statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis and regression analysis. The results show that the of personality traits has positive influence on social capital and knowledge sharing intention. Psychological empowerment has a positive influence on social capital and knowledge sharing intention. The mediating effects of social capital towards the understanding of personality traits, psychological empowerment can significant positive influence knowledge sharing intention. As results, it is suggests that social capital is very important, enhance social capital, such as shared vision, social interaction, will be able to enhance the organization's knowledge sharing intention.
