Based on the features of the Internet, the optimists believe that the Internet is the carrier of democracy; the pessimists believe that the Internet will allow authoritarian state to achieve state control is more easier. For this research use the Perspective of Internet Realism are much more appropriate, Internet Realism consider that internet is a tool, what impact depends entirely on how users treat, use, design the internet. Now China has become the largest Internet population country in the world, in the same time China also become one of the country to strictly monitor on the Internet, but that does not mean under the strict Internet monitoring system people will without fight. Therefore the first question is what the China internet controls strategies are? Second, by arranging Internet Dissent Event in China, compare of those dissent event including nature, organization, strategies, try to analyze why some success and some failure.
