The reason is why Taiwan’s businessmen choose Mainland China to investing, because the abundant resources, large market in Mainland China and the frequent trade between Taiwan and Mainland China. This study examines the relationship among the motives for internationalization (it includes four type of the motives), MNEs ownership-specific advantages and international experience. This study has many dependent variables and the data are the mix between the time series and cross section pooling analysis. So this study uses the SUR model to analyze data. The database includes List of MNEs Investing in China, China Statistic Yearbook, China Electric Power Yearbook, Taiwan Economic Journal, etc. The results of MNEs ownership-specific advantages and international experience influence on motives for internationalization, which make them chose the right place to invest, when they have difference of MNEs ownership-specific advantages or the difference of international experience. On the other hand, the moderating variable of international experience influences on the motives for internationalization, the research will help Taiwan’s MNEs chose the right place to invest that depends on the difference of the international experience, in addition, it also can help MENs invests the place which can increase our competitiveness, when MENs has difference ownership-specific advantages.
