One contains the derivative of Boc-G1-Cl, and the other compounds contains the pyridine ring derivative. In organic supramolecular, we use triphenylmethyl chloride to synthesize compound 1,4,6-TP-1,3-NH2-Ph and compound 4,6-TP-1,3-OH-Ph. Their supramolecular structures by the non-covalent bonding interaction together with the carbon dioxide adsorption were studied. The pyridine derivatives, compound di-P3-NCO-Ph and compound H2DBA-2AMP, were allowed to react with metal and two supramolecules were formed by self-assembly, respectively. Their structures were investigated by single crystal structure determination. Keywords : metal-organic framework, supramolecular self-assembly, crystal structure.
