The corporations of Taiwan’s Automobile Safety Systems Industry play important roles in the supply chain of Global Automobile Electronics Industry. In addition, the characters and ecology of the industry are unique because stability and durability are important to automobiles. For entrepreneurs, how to get sustainable managements needs keen powers of observation and excellent enterprise capabilities. Research subject is Taiwan’s automobile safety systems industry. According to Brouthers&Wilkinson’s theory of strategic alliances, there are four major evaluation aspects, (1) Complementary Capabilities, (2) Cooperative Culture, (3) Compatible Goals and (4) Commensurate Risks, be used to design the questionnaires based on DEMATEL method for the key factors and relative importance of industry strategic alliance. The opinions of the experts in the industry are reliable because they know how the industry ecology works. The conclusions of analysis result are (1) Complementary Capabilities is the most influential criterion of the strategic alliances, (2) the effect factors are Complementary Capabilities and Cooperative Culture, (3) the effected factors are Compatible Goals and Commensurate Risks. The main reason why the companies want to implement strategic alliances is to enhance their competitiveness, the participants of strategic alliances take advantages of complementary capabilities to maximize their benefits. There is a wide variety of factors companies should consider and evaluate. If companies only take account of one specific aspects of alliance partner, the risk of alliance might increase. When implementing assessment, not only take account of one specific technique, but also take account of mutual scale, culture, leadership and background. Especially, the degree of commensurate risks and compatible goals depend on the degree of complementary capabilities and cooperative culture.
