The scope of application includes various industries such as transport, medical, logistics management, security management, and electric. However, Wireless Sensor Network, WSN, is one of the key technologies to develop the applications of IOT. It can be used to measure the environment temperature, humidity, light and other parameters around the equipment and return all information of parameters to those monitors periodically. Finally, helping monitors make judgment and solve the problem. Using Wireless Sensor Network into the process of logistics, especially in the process of cold chain storage and distribution, help the dealer in cold chain logistics to ensure cold or frozen storage food to be treated in a good parameters control from the place of production to customers by controlling important parameters such as temperature and humidity, and prevent food from spoiling and poisoning event. Therefore, how to ensure the quality of food by controlling of cold chain logistics will be an important topic. In this study, knowing to use Wireless Sensor Network into the process of cold chain storage and distribution will measure and then return back the information of environment temperature and humidity to the system automatically , so it can improve the drawbacks derived from measuring and recording by human. However, Because of measuring temperature and humidity immediately, enterprises can deal with the problem immediately when food spoiling and decrease the cost derived from food spoiling.
