Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 100 === The purpose of this study was to understand teaching puzzle and coping strategy of vocational electrical and electronic group teachers. Furthermore, to compare the difference between background variables and school environmental variables.
Both literature research and questionnaire survey have been used in this study, and questionnaire survey was based on literature discussion. Sampling method was relied on National Senior Secondary School released from Ministry of Education in 2010 with professional department teachers on electrical and electronics group as study subjects. Lamination random sampling was use in the questionnaire investigation and 28 schools were been selected as subjects. We have sent 685 questionnaires and effective questionnaires were 435, therefore, effective return rate was 63.5%.
After collected the questionnaire, independent variable and dependent variable were seen as analysis items. Also, SPSS 12.0 was proceed on average, frequency distribution, standard deviation, ANOVA analysis and t-test of statistical analysis, in order to explore the difference between teaching puzzle and coping strategy on vocational (in) electrical and electronics group teachers.
According to the purpose of this studying, here are results
1. Vocational Electrical and Electronic group teachers tend to agree on facing teaching puzzle of student's behavior and learning, such as perverse behavior, networks, low birth rate, idea deviation caused by media and using cell phone.
2. Vocational Electrical and Electronic group teachers are usually positive and active to solve problems by enhancing their professional abilities.
3. Elder teachers have more trouble than younger teachers on dealing students’ behavior and learning problems, and also external environmental of school. Junior teachers (under 10 years) face more problems than senior teachers on both internal and external environmental of school.
4. Teachers and administrative (including instructors in charge) have more trouble than full-time teachers on dealing students’ behavior and learning problems.
5. When experienced teachers encounter teaching puzzle, they are easier to take problem-solving attitude to face problem than less-experienced teachers.
6. When northern school teachers encounter teaching puzzle, they are easier to take problem-solving attitude to face problem than other areas’ school teachers.
7. Public school teachers tend to take problem-solving attitude when they encounter teaching puzzle; Private school teachers tend to take problem-avoiding attitude when they face teaching puzzle.
8. Teaching puzzle and coping strategy are highly related on vocational Electrical and Electronics group teachers. Most teachers could overcome difficulties by using verity coping strategy when encountering teaching puzzle.
