In order to achieve the research goal, the study adopts quasi-experimental research. The used research tools include isometric drawing, learning achievement scale, and the after-learning attitude scale of remedial instruction’ effectiveness. The sample was 1st grade of 2010 academic year from Class A and B in National Yeong-Jing Industrial Vocational High School’s Machinery Division. The remedial instruction was specific for Drawing Practice. Twenty academically underachieved students from each of the two classes participated in the experimental research. All samples were divided into two groups. Group A adopted the traditional teaching methods while Group B adopted 3D graphics software-assisted teaching approach. Both groups used the same instructional materials and evaluation tools. For the purpose of attaining research findings, we analyze the empirical data to test the research hypotheses through statistic methods, such as paired-samples t test, one-way ANCOVA and one-way ANOVA. The main research conclusions are as follows: 1. There are significant differences in the academic achievements of the examined students under different remedial instructions adopting different teaching strategies. 2. There are significant differences in the academic achievements of the examined students under different remedial instructions adopting different teaching strategies. 3.
