Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 100 === Abstract A questionnaire survey is developed to investigate the relations between attitude life and interpersonal relationship.The participants of the study include all the government staffs in Changhua City excluding skilled technicians,janitors and part-time employees. The results are analyzed with descriptive statistics , the conclusion and findings are listed as followed: 1.The government staffs’ performance on the attitudes toward life is on average of 3.46. The grade point average from high to low is the attitudes to death, ideals,life experiences,exist,love and to be concerned,and the life liberty. 2. The government staffs’ performance on interpersonal relationship is on average of 3.70. The grade point average from high to low is to control , to accept , to trust,and emotions. 3. As the results,job levels, marriage conditions, health conditions and sports habbits have some differences to the attitudes toward life. Lvels is a key factor which affects the attitudes to life and interpersonal relationship. 4. As the results,job levels, marriage conditions, health conditions and sports habbits have some differences to interpersonal relationship. 5. There are significant positive correlation between the attitudes toward life and the interpersonal relationship,which mean the more positive the attitudes toward life ,the better their interpersonal relationship.
