In recent years, due to the impact of declining birth-rates , the student numbers in the large-scale elementary schools have dropped .The purpose of this study is to generalize the key successful factors which promote the school marketing effectiveness by developing the curricular activities in Changhua county.
Based on literature review and the theory of the Delphi technique , the author disscussed with 16 scholars , collected the data and information through the survey and then generalized the results. Finally, the study got the results:
1、Product strategies—develop a superior curricular activities
2、People strategies—strengthen internal identity and professional knowledge of the staff numbers
3、Place strategies—build a fluent way of external communication
4、Promotion strategies—establish a good brand and image of the school
5、Public relations strategies—create good public relations
The study not only provides suggestions for the development of curricular activities of large-scale elementary schools ,but also helps to create a competitive and excellent school.
