The final significance of price is an amount which customer is willing to pay for it. And this amount also stands for value identification from viewpoint of customer. In history, price is always an important affecting element when buyers are choosing commodities, and yet one the most critical factor of market share and profitability of corporation. This study is about how to make up the best price with pricing strategy. To understand value identification of customer and cost of enterprise, and to recognize the pricing decisions both inside and outside the enterprise. Make the mill plant best performance in capacity and most profitability with best pricing. Due to setting up of free trade agreement of ASEAN, Steel industry in Taiwan is facing a crisis of trading marginalization. However, it will also suffer impact from opening domestic market to China after ECFA. Under globalization, it’s not avoidable for Taiwan steel industry. It’s essential to master the situation and future tendency of global steel industry, so that the corporation could make the right decision in order to maintain continuous competitive. In accordance with the analyzed trends of H-Beam industry, we checked and reviewed recent actions of D Steel corporation if it matched or not. Fortunately, we found they are quite matched but with conservative way. In order to keep up with the global trend, more active is suggestible.
