Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 100 === The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among director of junior high school teachers with leadership attitude and the administration service quality. With the result of questionnaires, the study helps us to understand the differences, the relationship, and the prediction of the director of junior high school teachers with leadership attitude and the administration service quality by different background to investigate. This research surveyed 510 teachers and full-time teachers in 26 junior high schools in Taichung. By using a package of SPSS for Windows 14.0, the data of the survey “Questionnaire of director of junior high school teachers with leadership attitude, and the administration service quality”was analyzed through the methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis.According to the result of material analysis, this study reached the following conclusions: 1. Teachers of junior high school in Taichung perceived director of junior high school teachers with leadership attitude of systemic and hierarchical thinking over middle. 2. Teachers perceived the administration service quality as “Tangibles”was the most,“Empathy”was the least. 3. Significant differences were found in leadership attitude and the administration service quality. 4. There were significant correlations among leadership attitude of hierarchical thinking and the administration service quality. 5. There were significant correlations among leadership attitude of systemic thinking and the administration service quality. 6. Leadership attitude of hierarchical thinking of director of junior high school teachers were significant predicators for the administration service quality. 7. Leadership attitude of systemic thinking of director of junior high school teachers were significant predicators for the administration service quality.
