Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 復健諮商研究所 === 100 === The research explores the action process about the career exploration group for physical disabled students in senior high school, in order to understand the experience and the appearance of exploration for physical disabled students, and to find out the strategies of practical knowledge of the career counseling for physical disabled students. This research uses the qualitative research methods, through the circle process of planning, action, reflection, and revision to present the experience and the appearance of things about career exploration group for physical disabled students in senior high school.
The findings were presented in the following aspects:
First, the process will improve the superiority of self-concept and promote the several positive coping abilities such as in personal interaction and career exploration.
Second, the researcher encountered several difficult situations which include the cognitive understanding of the object of studies are inconsistent, the problem behaviors of members, the challenge about sex issue, etc. Through the reflection and discussion in this action research to provide the individually feasible strategies in which researcher use abundant media, positive behavior support, guiding the goal, etc.
Third, in this process the studies of object growing in the fields of accepting self-image,approving their own superiority, praising others, caring others actively, blending the superiority to the personal interaction, reducing the conflict events, appearing more work preparation behaviors, etc.
Fourth, the profession of researcher gains the growth through the reflection from the experience of leading group.
At last, according to the reflection and discover, this research provided some concrete suggestions for career assistant and studies in the future.
