It eliminates the need for color filters and backlight module of TFT-LCD, but the drawback is the low yield. This automation equipment uses a multi-type diamond grinding wheel to grind the panel edges and panel shaping chamfer, that can be remove the stress to avoid rupture and improve the quality of surface polishing using diamond polishing wheel. Grinding wheel and buff wheel are the consumables in the equipment, and buff wheel consumption is the largest. Response to user needs in order to save the polishing wheel replacement rate, improve product yield and simple operation. In this study, Programmable Logic Controller programming language with Mitsubishi Q-Motion motion controllers and Human Machine Interface setting to control the buff wheel agencies wrap the ditch and buff wheel replacement inform.
