With the use of the action research method, the study was conducted on 30 kindergarten children taught by the researcher according to designed courses. With introspective teaching in each stage, the study applied teaching strategies to change the teaching model and induce as well as investigate difficulties/strategies, teacher’s growth/gain, and pre-school children’s speech expressing ability and humanistic care spirit at each stage of the process. The study results are described briefly as follows: 1. Teaching whole language to rest under the environmental planning, curriculum and learning areas of adjustment, coupled with situational construct all the text layout language classroom. 2. Recording status of the course and applying teaching strategies to improve teaching difficulties, and problems from a spiritual path in response to teacher growth and harvest. 3. Analysis of pre-school children’s speech ability: listening and speaking abilities, using sharing and discussion to show multiple abilities; reading, using posters to help pre-school children establish logic and integrate courses; writing, helping pre-school children to learn to write in a natural scenario.
