Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育行政與政策發展研究所 === 100 === The purposes of this study are to investigate the relation of the organizational members in elementary schools in Chiayi County applying conflict management and school effectiveness. According to conclusions, offering suggestions as references to the organizational members in elementary schools in Chiayi County applying conflict management in order to promote school effectiveness. Through analyzing cultural heritage, drawing up “A Questionnaire to the Investigation of the Relation Between the Organizational Members Applying Conflict Management and School Effectiveness in the Elementary Schools in Chiayi County”.The population of questionnaire investigation was the public teachers and staffs of elementary schools in Chiayi County.
This study selected from 37 public elementary schools by stratified random sampling, the valid samples of this study are 361, these data is treated by statistical methods, such as mean, standard deviation, percentage, independent sample T-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffé method and multiple stepwise regression.
Analyzing survey results, the conclusions obtained are as follows:
1. The present situation of organizational members applying conflict management in elementary schools in Chiayi County is middle-high degree.
2. The present situation of organizational members perceiving school effectiveness in elementary schools in Chiayi County is middle-high degree.
3.The organizational members of the different sex or position in elementary schools in Chiayi County in conflict management application have the obvious difference.
4. The organizational members of the different age in elementary schools in Chiayi County in school effectiveness perception have the obvious difference.
5. The organizational members in elementary schools in Chiayi County applying conflict management is low related to school effectiveness.
6. The organizational members in elementary schools in Chiayi County applying collaborating strategy of conflict management have the estimate power.
