Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 特殊教育學系研究所 === 100 === The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationships and the differences among selfconcept, parents' rearing attitudes and learning adjustment of gifted junior high students in Chiayi city. The subjects were 163 gifted resource classroom students from seventh grade to ninth grade. The research was carried out by means of questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, and structural equation modeling (SEM). The main results of this study were as follows:First, there were significant difference to grade in selfconcept, but no significant difference to gender and school class in selfconcept. Second, there were no significant difference to grade, gender and school class in parents' rearing attitudes and learning adjustment. Besides, the parents' rearing attitudes had a positive effect on the learning adjustment of the subjects; the parents' rearing attitudes had a positive effect on the selfconcept of the subjects, and the selfconcept had a positive effect on learning adjustment of the subjects. Finally, the selfconcept had the effect of mediating between parents' rearing attitudes and learning adjustment.
