The subjects of this study are edu-care workers in Chiayi County and Chiayi City. I used “Job Stress Scale” and “Family Support Scale” as study equipment. The valid questionnaires are 397. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression model. 1.Within the family supports that edu-care workers got, emotional support and material support are apprently higher than cognitive support. The stress of workload is apprently higher than job controlling. 2.Job controlling stress and stress score of female edu-care workers are apparently different. Job controlling stress, stress score and emotional support of edu-care works who have education level above collage are apparently different. Job controlling stresses between preschool teachers and child-care workers are apparently different. Job controlling stresses of edu-care workers in different marital status are apparently different. Job controlling stresses of edu-care workers working in different types of preschools are apparently different. The scores of job controlling stress, emotional support, material support, cognitive support and family support of edu-care workers graduated from departments are apparently different. There is apparently relationship between ages, workload stress, and job stress scores of edu-care workers. 3.The three factors, emotional support, academy education background and working in private kindergartens, can predicate 17.5% of edu-care workers job controlling stress. The factors, emotional support, cognitive suppor, bereft of one’s spouse, age, graduated from Department of Early Childhood Care and Education, working in a chain of big kindergartens, and university or college education background, can predicate 10.2% of Edu-care workers’ workload stress. The factors, emotional support, cognitive support, academy education background, and age, can predicate 14.3% of edu-care workers’ job stree scores. According to the reserchful result, this study addresses specific suggestion for preschools, the adminsistrative authority for education and future research.
