The object of this study, National Chiayi University, Hsinchu University of Education and National Chung Cheng University Department of Physical Education students in 10 classes as the target, and have a total 354 valid questionnaires. The research tools used in this study is based on the Institute of adaptation of subjects and technical subjects of self-handicapping, goal orientation and self-efficacy questionnaire. In this study, we are using descriptive statistics, factor structure analysis, Pearson correlation, hierarchical regression analysis and other research methods to explore the relationship. There have three results for this study: 1. Subjects and disciplines goal orientation and self-efficacy, self-handicapping mode can be distinguished. Subjects and technical subject’s self-imposed restrictions there are no correlation. 2. In disciplinary self-efficacy adjustment technique Division self-set limit aspect, discipline self-efficacy can effectively predict technical subjects; and self-efficacy in Technique regulating discipline self-handicapping aspects of the disciplinary work orientation and self-orientation can predict the subjects self-handicapping, but technical subjects self-efficacy can not predict the subjects self-imposed restrictions. 3. Technical subjects of goal orientation and disciplinary self-efficacy, in predicting The subjects self-imposed limit of an interaction; subjects only task orientation and technical subjects self-efficacy in predicting the subjects self-handicapping interaction. Finally, this study is based on the theoretical framework and the above results are discussed, and some specific suggestions for the practical application and future research directions.
