Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 課程設計與潛能開發學系 === 100 === Through the process of the action research, planning, practicing, observing, and examining, the purpose of the study is to inquire the feasibility of combining community resources and campus materials into the life curriculums of the lower grade in elementary schools, the difficulties of the school-based life curriculum, whether the school-based life curriculum contributes to assisting students to achieve course objectives, and advance of teachers’ specialty after the practice of the school-based life curriculum. The researcher receives the inspiration from teaching practices to combine community resources and campus materials into the life curriculums. The researcher assembles related documents, analysis the life curriculums in force, and invests the community resources which could be applied into the life curriculum, establishing the data base of the teaching materials by recording, photographing etc. The researcher makes the preliminary investigation of the school-based curriculum trough outdoor education. After affirming the feasibility of combining community resources and campus materials into the life curriculums, the teaching materials of the life curriculum of the lower grade would be compiled and revised by consulting the experts’ and the scholars’ suggestions. After the school-based life curriculum finalized, the curriculum would be practiced, observed, examined, and revised. After the reformation, the curriculum would be taught in lower-grade classes. The researcher collects the questionnaires, interviews, observations, and related documents etc. during the teaching. Through the analysis and the comparison of the information, the results were as follow: 1. Community resources and campus materials can be applied to adapt teaching materials of school-based life curriculum of the lower grade in elementary schools, make teaching process enlivened, and promote teaching effectiveness. 2. While applying community resources and campus materials into the life curriculum to adapt teaching materials of school-based life curriculum, the curriculum should be correspond with students’ actual life. 3. Applying community resources and campus materials into the life curriculum is profitable for students to get familiar with communities and respect multicultural. 4. Adapting the teaching materials of life curriculum and practice the school-based teaching is profitable for advance of teachers’ specialty.
