Through the cycle of reflection and modification of typical action research, the results are concluded as follows: 1. The goals of affective education in this research: a. building good relationships between teacher and the students and among the pupils; b. understand one’s own affection;c. affirming, appreciating and accepting the opposite sex; d. communicating effectively with other through appropriate ways. 2. The instructional techniques and the points to be aware: a. making use of suitable moments for teaching; b. getting feedbacks from the students at the end of every teaching unit; c. meeting with the students’ inner world through real encounters. 3. The effects of the research in working out the affective problems in the class are as follows: a. the interaction between students and the teacher has been warmed up gradually; b. the interaction among students has been improved gradually; c. there is more respects and proper emotional expressions toward the opposite sex. 4. The influences of the research on the researcher: a. better relationship with the students; b. capable of facing the students’ affective problems and sympathizing with them; c. the improvement of professional competence in affective education; d. a deeper understanding of the importance of affective education; e. a deeper insight into action research.
