Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 電機工程學系 === 100 === Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system uses the RF techniques to identify the data in the tiny IC chip attached to specific objects. The data is transmitted to the information system for processes such as updating, statistical analysis, verification, balancing and control of inventory. It is a non-contact, short-distance automatic identification technique. Testing of products in the manufacturers of systematic electronics is a very important process. It supervises the performance of the hardware and software of the products and makes sure whether their quality meets the requirements of the customers. This process guarantees a fast, stable and efficient production system to handle a vast market. With the increase of the testing demand, new techniques have been developed in recent years and more and more factories have put emphasis on the development and realization of the automatic testing system. This thesis focuses on the application of RFID system on automatic production and testing of tablet PC in order to reduce the human and manufacturing costs.
