Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 教育行政與管理學系 === 100 === This research aims to probe into the current condition, differences, and correlation of Taoyuan County elementary school teachers’ knowledge management and teaching innovation. The method of questionnaire survey was adopted with stratified random sampling and 530 public elementary schoolteachers from Taoyuan County were selected and given the Questionnaire for Research on Schoolteachers’ Knowledge Management and Teaching Innovation written by the researcher herself/himself. The effective sample size was 483 persons; the recollection rate of effective questionnaires was 91%. The data collected was analyzed and tested via a good number of statistic measures including descriptive statistics, t-Test, One-Way ANOVA, product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The finding: 1. The current condition of elementary schoolteachers’ knowledge management and teaching innovation as a whole is satisfying. 2. Those teachers, who have a Master’s degree and also take administrative work with the perception of knowledge management, give better performances; no significant differences among those with other backgrounds. 3. Those male teachers with a Master’s degree and take administrative work with the perception of teaching innovation give better performances; no significant differences among those with other backgrounds. 4. The top three factors affecting elementary schoolteachers’ teaching innovation are: (1) motivation and wills in terms of teaching innovation, (2) support from peer groups, and (3) advancement of professional capabilities. The top three concrete outcomes are: (1) advancement of students’ learning interests and learning results, (2) enlightenment on students’ creative thinking, and (3) advancement of professional achievement. The top three difficulties facing are:(1) teaching schedule pressure,(2) parents only concerned students' achievement,(3) the effectiveness of the new method is not necessarily better. 5. The knowledge management and the teaching innovation are significantly correlated. 6. The knowledge management can effectively predict the teaching innovation. Based on the abovementioned finding, this research provides certain suggestions to the education administration authority, elementary schools, elementary schoolteachers, and those who intend to conduct follow-up researches for future references.
