To collect saliva samples non-invasive and comfortable, stress-related biomarkers measured in this way can be more easily accepted by the subjects. However, these saliva biomarkers substances in the menstrual cycles of the people of the reference value and its secretion is not clear. Intention: Flying is a dangerous and challenging work, whether it is civil aviation and military Air pilots are under the load of the mission, if there is an objective non-invasive measurement of pressure tool can help assess the pilot pressure to ensure that the pilotphysical and mental health. Research purposes: Collect the saliva of subjects from different ages, different gender, analysis of their saliva stress response indicators saliva α-amylase and cortisol secretion and menstrual cycles and to explore the impact of age, gender and other possible factors, in order to understand the basis for people saliva stress response indicators reference value. Method: The subjects were healthy adults, age from 20 to 66 years old, total are 103 person. Each subject in the non-holiday day, use saliva collection tube to collected the saliva 10 times a day. Get up and 15 minutes after collected once, 30 minutes and 60 minutes to collect the saliva once, After that to collect the saliva every 2 hours. Last collection time is 7 o’clock at night, collected total of 10 times in a day, pick one of the weekday to collected the saliva. Result: The experimental results to understand the people saliva stress response indicators (α-amylase and cortisol) baseline reference value. After studying the age, gender and smoking, drinking habits will affect the saliva pressure index values and secretion. Conclusion: Test Subject’s saliva α-amylase and cortisol circadian secretion pattern similar to the previously published Caucasian data : Saliva cortisol levels after getting up within one hour increased gradually decreased saliva α-amylase to rise slowly after getting up quickly to the next lowest at. However, the saliva alpha-amylase addition had a activity and the concentration of saliva cortisol diurnal variation of the range than the foreigners. Saliva α-amylase activity one day the total amount of secreted increases with age and increase in saliva cortisol concentration is reduced with increasing age. Add to analyze the other confounding factors that may affect saliva signs substances, habitual smoking, alcohol consumption, will significantly affect the value of saliva α-amylase and cortisol.
